The Jean-Paul Najar Foundation (JPNF) is a private not-for-profit contemporary art museum. We are governed by a Board of Directors in accordance with the bylaws of the Community Development Authority (CDA), which is the Regulatory and Licensing Sector in the United Arab Emirates.

JPNF Mission
JPNF was established in March 2016. Our mission is to develop understanding of western contemporary art locally to our U.A.E. audience and more broadly throughout the region. Our statutory objectives as set out by our governing Constitution and Board Resolution are:
- To offer three curated exhibitions, annually.
- To promote understanding of western contemporary art through an engaging public and education program to our community.
- To help young artists develop their artistic practice within an institutional context.
