For the first time, something will happen...
Monday, February 19th, 7:30 - 8:30pm

"Art is the illusion of disorientation, the illusion of liberty, the illusion of presence, the illusion of the sacred, the illusion of Nature. Art is a distraction, art is false..."BMPT, Paris 1967

In 1967, BMPT staged the most radical critique of art institutions, called manifestations that enticed and baffled their spectators. This participatory performance examines BMPT's practice as a point of departure.

Developed in collaboration with American University in Dubai (AUD).
Performed for the second time at AUD on Tuesday, February 27th at 6:30pm.

Artists: Sarra'a Alshehi, Anushka Anand and Areej Kaoud
